Signarama Toronto Makes Huge Signs For Gardiner Expressway

When you want to make a statement about what you are doing and do so in a big way, you come to Sign A Rama Toronto. That’s exactly what happened when Norseman Structures approached us on behalf of the City and Aecon to make a large informational sign to let the public know what is happening to the Gardiner Expressway.

Thousands have passed these large superstructures every day at the bottom of the DVP and the Gardiner and have wondered what was going on.

So the City of Toronto, Norseman, Aecon and Sign A Rama Toronto collaborated to come up with several solutions.

The challenge was to print and install the new vinyl graphics onto the superstructures visibly and safely so that the message could be seen and read to inform the public what was going on with these structures.

The scale was huge with 100 ft vinyl graphics, twenty feet tall, and 10 stories up in the air.

Sign A Rama Toronto was able to provide a quick solution, design, product, and installation to make everyone happy.

Working at heights and safety was a primary concern but because we have a lot of experience at this and the professional staff for this kind of work, this job went quite well and all before the extreme cold weather.

We have unionized help, and skilled and safety-checked staff to make sure it all went well.
