Our very good customer Meta Cannabis asked us to do their third location and we eagerly said no problem. We like to keep our word when we say to our customers we want to bend over backward to keep them happy. So when they said they were opening their location in Thompson Manitoba which was 2958 km away, we said your kidding!! Right??
Well, they were not kidding. Now we have installed signs all over North America through our vast connections of agents and qualified installers however Thompson Manitoba is something like 600 miles north of Winnipeg and that was a problem.
There were no sign installers or agents that we could rely on or trust. So we did what any good sign company would do. We packed up a truck and a couple of guys and we did it ourselves to prevent any liabilities or poor installations.
Rather than ship the sign and risk damage and rely on untested suppliers, our guys drove for two solid days to put up the sign which took about three hours, and drove back all safe and sound.
In the end, the job was done well, and safely and the customers were ecstatic. We are now working on their fourth and fifth location with great anticipation of an ongoing good relationship like we have with many of our customers. We want to thank the people at Meta Cannabis and we look forward to serving them. We also want to give kudos to our production team and our great installers who drove the 6000 km there and back to get this job done for them.
